2.4. Orders are confirmed only after successful payment processing.

Prices and Payment

3.1. Prices are listed in euros and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
3.2. Payment must be made at the time of ordering using the specified payment methods.

3.3. You can make payments via Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Citadele, and Šiauliai Bank. Payment security is ensured by the Makecommerce.lt payment platform.
3.4. We use third-party payment processors and do not store your payment information.

Shipping and Delivery

4.1. We aim to dispatch orders within 2–4 business days. Delivery times depend on the destination.
4.2. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
4.3. Shipping fees and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout.
4.4. The risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer once the order is handed over to the courier.

Returns and Refunds

5.1. Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns for roasted coffee products.
5.2. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 2 days and provide photos of the issue.
5.3. Refunds or replacements are issued at our discretion.
